Static build sniffer

Enabling static nss prevents crashes on older Centos and some other cases.

../glibc-2.19/configure --enable-kernel=2.6.18 --disable-profile --enable-static-nss --prefix=/usr/
make -j8
make install

compile 32bit on 64bit
