Overview

By purchasing or using VoIPmonitor software, you agree to these terms of service and our End User License Agreement. This page provides a summary of key terms.

License Terms

The VoIPmonitor license is provided under the following conditions:

Non-exclusive license - for analyzing VoIP calls
Single copy - one installation per license
No territorial limitation - use worldwide
Duration - as specified in your order (annual subscription)

You may NOT:

Sublicense, transfer, or assign the license to third parties
Copy, lease, lend, or distribute the software
Reverse engineer the software

Account & Orders

To purchase a license, you must register a client account at our website. Each customer may have only one account.

Orders can be placed via the website or by email to info@voipmonitor.org
License key is provided in your client account after order confirmation
Unpaid license keys expire after 30 days
Full license key is activated after payment is received

Payment Terms

Invoice Payment

Invoices are due within 14 days. Payment to bank account specified in invoice.

VAT

Prices do not include VAT. VAT will be added according to applicable regulations.

Renewal

License renewal invoices are sent before expiration. Payment extends your license.

Electronic Invoices

Invoices are sent electronically to your registered email address.

Support

Basic technical support is included with your WEB GUI license.

Support covers assistance with deployment, configuration, and technical issues related to VoIPmonitor software.

Liability & Warranty

The software is provided "as is" based on the documentation at voipmonitor.org/doc
Features not described in documentation are not considered defects
Liability for damages is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months
We are not responsible for your network infrastructure or hardware

Termination

License agreements are for the term specified in your order
Demo licenses are limited to 30 days
Either party may terminate for fundamental breach of agreement
Non-payment constitutes a fundamental breach
Upon termination, you must cease using the software

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Czech law (Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code). Any disputes shall be resolved by Czech courts with jurisdiction determined by the Licensor's registered office.

The Licensor may modify these terms with notice. You may reject modifications by terminating with one month notice.
