What is EasyDialer?
EasyDialer is set of scripts for asterisk which automaticaly dial numbers from phone number list stored in database. Once the call is answered it is automatically connected to logged agents. Dialer automatically calls as may calls as number of logged agents plus one or more calls ahead to speedup dialing. Main advantage is that agents get only connected calls which saves time not evaluating ringing/busy or not existant numbers.
