A channel represents one concurrent call during peak hours. It's not based on phones or endpoints. The system intelligently groups multiple call legs (e.g., bridged calls) as one channel. Check your peak usage in Tools → System Status → Concurrent calls. If you exceed your limit, you have a 14-day grace period to upgrade or clean up the spike.
